Replenishment Planner The Replenishment Planner ensures adequate inventory is available to deploy in fulfillment of customer demand, while minimizing network inventory and obsolescence risks. The role is tasked with maintaining strong internal and external partnerships to manage stock levels, as well as, using data insights to establish critical system parameters that manage the replenishment, lead times, and safety stocks. Primary Job duties: Using the consensus Demand Plan, the planner creates a rolling supply plan that optimally balances customer service levels and inventory planning requirements. Collaborate with internal and external cross functional partners and ensure inventory is managed according to network targets that are aligned with the business strategy. Establish and maintain critical supply planning parameters (replenishment settings, safety stocks, lead times) while considering warehouse and transportation constraints. Work with demand planning, vendor planning, category management, warehousing and transportation to solve immediate issues and drive action plans for medium/long term supply strategies. Analyze, report, and act on supply planning critical metrics. Identify upcoming shortages against inventory plans and develop action items to mitigate gaps. Present to Supply Planning Manager for decisions and to call out critical gaps to senior management. Report mid-term capacity planning data, weekly category important metric updates, product shortages and ad-hoc daily analysis. Act as a point of contact for the Supply Planning team and other key partners for resolution of supply issues and implementation of relevant actions. Contribute to the development of strategic supply plans with the Supply Planning Manager. Complete the monthly capacity planning process with assigned DCs to ensure issues are clearly identified, mitigated and, if needed, called out for resolution at the monthly S&OP. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related analytical subject area or relevant working experience. Strong attention to detail Demonstrated experience managing supply issues and proposing solutions to mitigate service disruption. Demonstration of understanding in using planning parameters to improve service and inventory levels. Demonstrated ability to find root causes and create action plans. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling SQL database skills preferred. PowerBI proficiency preferred. Logility planning software experience a plus.
