We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Dispatcher, based in our Lebanon, TN Distribution Center!

Responsibilities :

• Communicates with drivers daily on route progress, changes, and issues
• Works along side sales team on issues, late deliveries, amendments to route, local pickups, etc
• Communicates with customers on delivery statuses
• Maintain truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, company compliance
• Supervise and coordinate truck maintenance with local providers
• Coordinate last minute additional runs via our truck or courier

Qualifications :

• High school diploma / GED
• 2 years prior dispatching experience preferred
• Experience in shipping preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Descartes / Fleetwise software experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidate
• Well organized, strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
• Out of the box problem solver with a strong sense of urgency

Pay Range : $15.00 - $29.08

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
