Job Description:
Ferguson Mid-Atlantic is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Associate in Chantilly VA.

Responsibilities
- Reports to QA Supervisor
- Team oriented
- Minimum of 1 year Ferguson warehouse experience preferred
- WMS knowledge preferred
- Understands and able to explain warehouse processes
- Ability to teach product lines
- Proficient with product knowledge and systems
- Self-motivated and highly driven
- Effective communicator, both written and oral
- Be able to share ideas and collaborate with others
- Embrace change and lead others through new initiatives

- Must be an effective speaker in group settings or one on one
- Ability to multitask
- Frequently lift more than 50lbs
Qualifications
A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. A successful QA Warehouse Associate will possess the following:
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
- General computer skills for basic data entry
- Forklift Operator experience required
