Seeking Legal Assistance with at least 2-3 years of Immigration Law experience in a small office environment in North Hudson County. Must be bilingual – English and Spanish.

Candidate must have knowledge of procedures for processing forms; familiar with USCIS and EOIR policies.

Candidate must be capable of assisting attorney in document preparation and have ability to write in both English and Spanish.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
