Job Summary The Site Coordinator provides administrative oversight, clinical support, and guidance to staff in their designated program(s).
Supervisory Responsibilities The Site Coordinator supervises and directs staff within their program(s).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
- Flexible hours generally between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
- Travel to client homes, community settings, and Fernbrook offices.
- Salary staff: 40-43 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.
- Hourly staff: up to 40 hours per week, with overtime requiring preapproval.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide and support staff, manage performance, and address retention issues.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and collaborate on training new staff.
- Review and approve documentation for compliance.
- Assign and monitor caseloads with the Site Director, manage the waiting list, and inform clients and families about service delivery timelines.
- Communicate with the Site Director regarding client priorities, program needs, and staff issues.
- Foster a positive work environment to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Identify and support staff development opportunities.
- Manage and facilitate team meetings.
- Deliver services per the applicable position description.
- Manage program budgets and grant requirements.
- Communicate and reflect Fernbrook's mission internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Education and Experience
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, valid automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services requirements.
- Meet the qualifications of a Mental Health Practitioner or Case Manager.
- Experience in providing mental health services to children and adults.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bilingual.
- Master’s degree in a mental health professional discipline.
- Experience in supervision and/or leadership.
