Ferraris Italian Villa & Chop House is one of the longest running 4-star Italian restaurants in the DFW Metroplex. For nearly 40 years we have been serving the best authentic Italian food in this area of Texas. Located in Grapevine, we are minutes away from DFW airport and many great hotels and resorts. Jane & Francesco Secchi have been a staple in the local fine dining industry since they opened their first restaurant in the 1980's. They bring a flare to dining out and are known for remembering their guests, even if they've only dined once or twice. They take pride in their restaurant and hire only the "best of the best".

We are looking for an experienced server/bartender to join our team of professionals. The position includes mixing alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, serving customers and collecting payment. A successful candidate will have prior experience in a fine dining atmosphere, enjoy speaking with customers and be able to demonstrate their commitment to safe and responsible drinking practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong Menu knowledge
  • Suggestively sell menu items
  • Receive orders and serve guests
  • Complete all assigned pre-shift duties in a timely manner
  • Keep station/bar area clean
  • Prepare checks and cash out guests.
  • Attend daily pre-shift meeting to learn the daily specials as well as any other news for the day
  • Must be TABC certified
