Maintenance supervisor

Ferretti Search is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a regional manufacturer. This role is based in Newton NC.

Position : Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Newton, NC

Compensation : $95,000- $100,000

Schedule : 100% On Site

Lead a maintenance team to ensure adherence to environmental health, safety, and quality standards, while overseeing procedures.

Manage HR training, timekeeping, and personnel records. Facilitate problem-solving for equipment malfunctions, coordinating efficient assembly and reassembly.

Facilitate shift meetings among maintenance supervisors and ensure seamless equipment handover. Serve as the primary contact for maintenance issues and downtime communication.

Develop and assign daily maintenance schedules, sourcing spare parts as needed. Conduct safety meetings and oversee CMMS processes.

Prioritize tasks based on plant needs and feedback, making critical equipment decisions. Foster communication with operations and team leads, following standard maintenance protocols.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 3-5 years in manufacturing leadership, familiarity with CMMS software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
