Job Responsibilities:
Complete tenant buildouts and projects
New construction and remodels
Complete tenant maintenance requests when needed
Work as a team to accomplish various jobs/projects
Operate company vehicles and equipment
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction trades
Must have experience with both rough and trim carpentry
Must have experience with drywall
Must have experience with millwork
Experience with electricity, lighting, and fixtures helpful
Must be able to work with a team and communicate well
Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
Must have a desire to grow personally and be open to new ideas
