Responsibilities: Responsible for multiple Total Rewards activities for all US entities, to include elements of Compensation, Benefits, Recognition and Mobility/Immigration. Assist in developing fast, technology-based, efficient processes and solutions for Total Rewards programs that meet and anticipate the needs of Ferring businesses, as well as employees and their family members. Assist in driving change to support shift of Total Rewards focus from tactical to strategic. Provide support for all Total Rewards programs including Compensation, Benefits, Recognition, and Mobility/Immigration, with an emphasis on compensation. Responsible for the day to day Compensation operations, which may include job evaluation, new hire offers, promotions, and/or other types of analysis. Participate in annual processes, such as compensation surveys and salary benchmarking as well as the year-end merit and bonus process and Long-term incentives. Provide operational support for administration of new, revised and ongoing Benefits products and services. Conduct benchmarking, facilitate Benefits New Hire Orientation and other training. Respond to employee benefits queries. Assist Head of Benefits with managing vendors. Own, implement and manage the organization’s Reward and Recognition program/platform. Partner with vendor to promote use and provide analysis and insights on utilization and other trends. Collaborate and contribute to global HR projects/process, such as year-end compensation process, job evaluation committee and pay/career framework and others, as needed. Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify core compensation processes through technology and other means to enable decision making and increased agility. Assist with Domestic and Global Mobility services for transfers to, from and within the US. Other duties as necessary. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources Management, Business or related field of study preferred. Master’s degree a plus. 5 years of Human Resources experience, with focus on multiple specialties preferred. Prior experience managing at least one HR specialty (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, etc.). Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and/or Certified Human Resources Professional or work toward any of the above. Experience with the successful design, implementation and management of Total Rewards programs preferred. Demonstrated passion for creativity, change, and communication. Effective oral, written and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity. Effective consultative skills. Global experience a plus. Continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10%. Prospective new hires for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
