Position Summary
Support the Ferrovial Services Infrastructure Operations Department in the efficient and effective delivery of management services across North America. Proactively and energetically collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all times, to ensure customer needs are met and that established programs and processes are delivered successfully.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to requests from internal customers across all aspects of the operations department, including but not limited to procurement; operations and maintenance; administration; analysis and reporting.
- Analyze, report and present on key data sets to inform management decision making.
- Participate in the development of continuous improvement plans and track the completion of related actions using the Operations team’s organizational toolset.
- Support training efforts to ensure that procedures are being followed in the Organizational processes for each team in the operations department.
- Monitor quality of data from the organization to make informed decisions assuming a proactive role to achieve organization goals.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an Engineering or similarly analytical field.
- 2 years’ experience ideally in a customer service or operational context, within analytics and/or similar related role
- Project Management, data science/analytics and/or process-related work experience (such as Lean Sigma) are highly desirable.
Work Conditions/Physical Demands
- Typically works in an office environment
- Must be able to function and manage typical office technology such as computer, phone, printer/scanner, etc.
- Occasional travel required (<20%) involving site/depot/field visits
