Reports To: Banquet & Catering Operations Manager
Cleans The Marq in an effort to exhibit a clean facility to our guests as well as to create a clean and safe work environment for other associates.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Emptying garbage
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, such as ovens, dishwasher, tables, counter tops, etc.
- Sweeping and mopping the floor
QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and associates
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures

- Must be able to work at a fast pace

WORK SCHEDULE
The Sanitation/Clean-up position is part-time scheduled 28 or less hours per week. The work schedule will generally include evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to work other shifts and holidays as needed.
