The Cartoon Network Hotel is an attraction in Lancaster, PA. We specialize in offering families the ability to have a toon-tastic vacation. We are seeking a houseperson to oversee the overall cleanliness of our hotel. We are currently looking for a: Cartoon Network Hotel Houseperson Roles & Responsibilities: Interact with guest in a friendly and professional manner Assist in transporting supplies needed by housekeepers, including linens, IP items, and any other replacement rooms supplies that are needed by the housekeeping team. Pick up and empty soiled linen and trash receptacles filled throughout the day by as part of the room cleaning process by the housekeeping team Clean, service, and supply restrooms in the lobby and pool area Vacuum rugs, carpets, and floors in the lobby and entrance area Gather all trash in the lobby, retail store, lobby restrooms, and breakroom Dust and polish all surfaces in the main building (lobby) Clean and wipe down sink and countertops in the breakroom Maintain sidewalks, parking lot, and amphitheater area (keep free of trash, remove snow, treat icy areas, etc.) Assist the housekeeping and laundry department when needed Clean stairwells, elevators, and public laundry area Respond to any guest needs, complaints, or questions in a timely and professional manner Stock linens in both pool areas Replace lightbulbs when needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment All other assigned duties Team member benefits: Flexible Hours and Schedules!
