Qualifications:

1. Valid Washington State real estate license.

2. Embrace a tech-savvy mindset.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skils. (Oral and Written)

3. At least 1 year real estate sales experience.

4. Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

5. A positive mindset and attitude with emphasis of being a team player.

6. Excellent time management and follow up skills.

7. Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.

8. Able to show clients homes in Kitsap, Pierce and possibly Thurston Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings, open houses, and property tours for potential buyers.
• Assist clients in the buying process, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to share market insights and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Follow up with leads, sphere and past clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Be a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Pay: $1.00 - $175,000.00 per year
