- Collaborate with departments to gather information for cost estimates.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing aligned with business objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement processes.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Manage sourcing budget for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay informed about market trends and new technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and quality assurance departments.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in procurement.
- Implement continuous improvement processes in sourcing and estimating.
- Recommend enhancements to procurement systems.
- Establish KPIs to measure success and hold the team accountable.
- Provide tools and motivation for team performance.
- Quickly understand and absorb new information.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, willing to work hard.
- Seek innovative solutions and ask effective questions.
- Work efficiently with minimal wasted time.
- Plan aggressively and confidently to win business.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Align sourcing and estimating with business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or related field.
- Competence with ERP and sourcing tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Prior packaging experience.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
