Remote travel coordinator

Job Description : We are seeking aSports Coordinator to join our dynamic team facilitatingsportsrelated activities and assisting clients in attending varioussports events.

This role requires candidates to be at least 18years old authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico orColombia have reliable WiFi access and possess a smartphone orcomputer.

No prior experience is necessary as training will beprovided. The role involves email communication direct vendorcontact and booking tickets for clients to diverse sportsevents.

This independent contractor opportunity iscommissionbased and your compensation is derived from the profitsgenerated by your sales(1099).

KeyResponsibilities :

SportsEvent Booking :

• Liaise withclients to understand their sports event preferences andrequirements.
• Research and booktickets to a wide range of sports events including games matchesandtournaments.

VendorCommunication :

• Establishand maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports eventorganizers.
• Negotiate ticket pricesgroup discounts and special packages on behalf ofclients.

ClientRelations :

• Provideexcellent customer service by promptly responding to clientinquiries and addressingconcerns.
• Keep clients informedabout event details ticket availability and anychanges.

AdministrativeTasks :

• Maintain accuraterecords of client bookings payments andpreferences.
• Assist in thepreparation of invoices and receipts forclients.

TrainingandDevelopment :

• Participate intraining sessions to become knowledgeable about various sportsevents and ticketing processes.
• Stayupdated on sports event schedules venues and seatingarrangements.

EmailCommunication :

• Use email asthe primary mode of communication to correspond with clientsvendors and team members.
• Send eventconfirmations itineraries and updates toclients.

Qualifications :

• Mustbe at least 18 years old.
• Authorizedto work in the USA Australia Mexico orColombia.
• Access to reliableWiFi.
• Possession of a smartphone orcomputer for communication and administrativetasks.
• No prior experience required;training will be provided.
• Attention to detail andorganizational abilities.
• Passionfor sports and an understanding of various sportsevents.
