What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Shopkeep position at Fezziwig's Food and Fountain?
We are looking for an energetic new hire to join our growing team. We believe in creating a magical experience for all of our guests! Our stores are a step back in time where guests can experience a unique and thrilling environment. You will be provided an 18th century costume for daily wear, and will be trained in our multiple locations in town.
Shopkeep duties and responsibilities include
- Working closely with guests to determine their needs
- Answer their questions about our products and making recommendations
- Operating a cash register
- Maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests
- Restocking the retail shelves
- Keeping the store clean and organized
Requirements Sales Associate skills
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree
