Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Work to sales goals, facilitate an exceptional service culture, and ensure day-to-day activities are performed to store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently dazzle and delight your customers
- Create an atmosphere which encourages customers to explore and discover the most comfortable version of themselves and of their daily life
- Confidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and service
- Execute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contact
- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelines
- Passionately and aggressively maximize sales
- Focus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer Experiences
- Perform general day-to-day store operations duties
WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS
- Retail setting
- Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs and team lift up to 300 lbs
- Standing for full shifts
PAY CLASS & RANGE:
- Part Time; Hourly; Non-Exempt
- $15-18/hr Commission

QUALIFICATIONS
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport and develop enduring relationships
- Self-starter that actively seeks and values feedback
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
- Fun, passionate and a quick study
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, big-ticket sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office Suite preferred
- Experience with POS/CRM platforms preferred
