SUMMARY:
Effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations team members of a store to meet or exceed sales plans profitability targets. Assist Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve company growth and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and monitor sales team performance, capabilities, comradery and potential conflict.
• Accountable for maintaining opening/closing of store and keeping store up to standard.
• Responsible personal scheduling, supplies management, and safety procedures
• Maintain service process for current and new team members
• Responsible for ticket auditing and inventory receiving process
• Perform annual inventory prep and process
• Help to oversee store cycle counts, as well as ‘in & out’ transfers
• Oversee and audit daily sales operations and reports
• Manage leads and customer call back programs
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must demonstrate ability to manage team in effective manner
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time
• Consistently show strong sales results – Top 1/3 of sales, KPI, and sales process
• Must demonstrate ability to team sell and close deals effectively
• Ability to build confidence of both the customer and sales associate
• Demonstrate adequate understanding of finance options

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, college degree preferred
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• 2+ years in retail sales
