Job description

Motivated Administrative Support Person

Summary:

FFP Wealth Management is a rapidly growing firm based in Bayonne, NJ. We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to support our internal advisors. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for client interaction, completing client paperwork, handling incoming client requests and helping advisors prepare for all client meetings. This position will then advance to a Relationship Manager position within our firm.

Responsibilities:

- Process required paperwork for investment transactions; interact with broker-dealer

- Collect appropriate documentation to set up new accounts

- Client relations/Educate clients on services

- Provide marketing support

- Assist with office operations including answering phones, greeting clients and screening calls

- Scheduling of meetings and appointments

Qualifications:

  • Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
