Private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates public health grants for a 24-county region in central PA, seeks a Client and Nutrition Assistant to work in the WIC Program . This is a full-time position that will primarily serve Cumberland County.
- Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, determining eligibility, collecting data and performing various duties to ensure the delivery of WIC benefits, nutrition education and breastfeeding support.
The ideal candidate will possess: excellent customer service, communication and organization skills; be a team player; and thrive in a fast paced environment. Previous WIC experience is preferred but not required. Local travel within the five-county region, some early evenings and Saturdays may be required.
