FHIA Remodeling is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join its growing team in Ft Lauderdale, FL, paying $15.00/hr. This individual will work closely with other members of the Permitting team to put together permit packages for the replacement of residential windows. This includes filling out the Notice of Acceptance, Permit Application, Product Approval and site plan. In addition to putting together the permit package, the individual will be required to track the process through our CMS company program in order to communicate the status of the permit.
This is responsible administrative work requiring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when performing duties.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare applications, appraisals, floor plans, and other necessary documents for Permit Runners
- Verify that quotes provided are accurate and correct
- Ensure Notice of Acceptance details are entered and attached in permit package
- Input job related data into the FHIA system
- Work with Permit Runners and Assistant Permit Manager to resolve any permit issues
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Clear, precise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills to include Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of BlueBeam program- a plus!
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish- a plus!
