Our call team calls members to let them know about the new Fia Care benefit and set them up with a virtual visit with their new provider that is covered 100%. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and concerns
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate open enrollment processes, including communication, data collection, and system updates
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate and timely benefits administration
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist in the development and delivery of benefits training programs for employees
- Maintain employee benefits records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in employee benefits administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, Lawson, or Salesforce
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in training development is a plus
