Fidé is currently seeking a Social Worker/Case Manager with foster care experience for a permanent placement in Lincoln Park, MI.
**ACCEPTABLE LICENSURES ARE LMSW, LPC or LLP or the respective limited license with the State of Michigan)****

As a Foster Care Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for providing mental health treatment and case management services.
- Services are delivered in the home or community based on the needs and preferences identified by the treatment team.
- Must be willing/able to work a non-traditional schedule based on the needs of the families served.
- Must be able to deliver foster care clinical services and implement interventions that fall within the fidelity of the treatment model.
- Must be able to deliver behavioral therapy that targets school behavior and individual behavior.
- Responsible to help coordinate and integrate services that are provided to individual child by multiple service providers and to identify and eliminate barriers to effective service delivery.
- Must maintain flexible work schedules and cell phone as needed.

Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mile
Any training paid for by TGC.

Paid holidays include: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, ½ day for Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after (Black Friday), Christmas eve and Christmas Day.
Credentials Needed for Submission & Specific Responsibilities:
- Must have professional license (either LMSW, LPC or LLP or the respective limited license).
- Must have master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology.
- Must have a minimum of 8 months experience in mental health treatment of minors (experience may include clinical internship via master's program).
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Shift: Days 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Monday-Friday; (37.5 hours each week) must be able to flex and work off-hours as needed.
Hours Per Day: 8
