Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Associate, specializing in Loan Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial transactions and operations, focusing on the efficient handling of backroom processes.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 2 years of banking experience
• Loan documentation and loan background is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter

Responsibilities

• Backroom Operations: Involvement in all backroom operations related to credit/loans.
• Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and adjustments.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial transactions promptly and effectively.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within backroom operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including loans, accounting, and operations, to support overall business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls in loan operations.
