Requirements: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of banking experience
- Loan documentation and loan background is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter
- Great attitude
- Backroom Operations: Involvement in all backroom operations related to credit/loans.
- Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and adjustments.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial transactions promptly and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within backroom operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including loans, accounting, and operations, to support overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls in loan operations.
