Job Description:
Are you passionate about making more of a difference in people’s lives? Fidelity Charitable is actively seeking an expert digital leader to drive key initiatives as product owner evolving the next generation giving platform. This role will develop and implement strategies using digital assets and technology to connect donors, support representatives, advisors, prospects and non-profits. The leader in this role will logically scale the Fidelity Charitable ecosystem enabling donors to more easily access and engage with causes we care about, while enabling Fidelity Charitable to better support donors and their advisors in the process. The role is based in Durham, North Carolina.
The Team
The Agile Office team works with User Experience, Technology and Business Stakeholders to ensure the online experience not only delivers a phenomenal user experience, but also drives business goals and value to the market as soon as possible. Fidelity Charitable is rapidly redefining to accommodate its tremendous current and future growth. Your efforts will support this by recommending and driving digital solutions in support of the Charitable mission – but more meaningfully, the goals and aspirations of Fidelity Charitable donors
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Proven experience with optimally delivery of digital solutions applying product management & development, business/system analysis skills.
Work closely with Platform Team to define product roadmap, prioritize platform backlog, and define a Minimum Viable Product
Coach Product Owners throughout agile process, ensuring user stories and business acceptance criteria meet business requirements and user expectations
Coach analyst community so that they can demonstrable ability to turn opportunities into action through business and systems analysis
Embody a platform attitude, with a clear focus on building products for scale.
Using data to make decisions, opting for significant outcomes over outputs.
Dedication to developing your craft and growing your skills.
Helping to prioritize system modernization efforts, translating their value to our customers.
8 - 10 years product management/development and/or business systems analysis experience, with digital focus
A passion for innovation and big picture thinking, while also being able to comprehend and communicate details of feasibility and delivery
A background in agile methodologies at scale and experience with value-based priority method
Ability to mentor and coach Agile office associates (product owners, analysts etc.)
BA or BS, MBA a plus
