The Data Platform Chapter in WI Technology organization is seeking an individual who can blend data engineering, cloud, and development expertise to build and maintain the Person MDM Platform. In this role, you will apply variety of technologies to develop innovative Data solutions and APIs. This position is a critical element to delivering Fidelity’s promise of creating the best customer experiences in financial services.
The Principal Data Engineer in Person MDM will play active role in solution design, systems analysis, solution implementation co-ordination across multiple teams, solving key technical challenges and mentoring the junior developers in the team.

We are looking for a strong data engineer to lead the team in application development within our data management space. This candidate will need to have sound communication skills, be able to comprehend business requirements, translate them into technical design specs and apply the same in the development process. We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable team player with the ability to multi-task, and work under minimal supervision.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
