Senior Database Administrator

As a Principal Database Administrator, you will provide technical vision and support over critical projects as part of our strategy to expand our database service offerings. You will be joining a broader team that maintains our overall technical strategy and coordinated roadmap.

• Minimum 5 years proven experience performing Oracle 12c and 19c administration
• Minimum 3 years actively involved in enterprise level cloud database
• Proven expertise in Distributed replication technologies (Oracle Goldengate, DataGuard etc) initiatives
• Expertise in data migration and replication
• Significant background in solving sophisticated technology challenges
• Expertise in two or more AWS cloud-based database technologies
• Expertise in DBMS systems (Oracle, Postgres, MySql) & NoSQL databases (Cassandra)
• Expertise in cloud data platforms (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB and Snowflake)
• Leadership in a functional team setting with a flexible demeanor
• Ability to quickly synthesize ideas, options, and thoughts into solutions
• Expertise performing requirement reviews and contributing to architecture decisions
• Database CI/CD delivery expertise using common tools and framework
• Performing design evaluations for migration strategies for on-premise physical databases to cloud
• Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
