The Expertise And Skills You Bring
- 5 years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions, including experience with a range of analytical tools and techniques, such as SQL, Qlik/Tableau, Python, R, etc.
- Working knowledge of Text Mining and NLP
- Experience with analytics on customer service bots is preferred
- Experience with big data technologies / languages such as Snowflake, AWS, ELK
- Experience with Graph DB using tools such as Cypher, Graph QL is plus
- Graduate degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Engineering, Economics, Statistics. MBA or MS degree a plus

The Team
We are looking for accomplished analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and drive strategic analytical initiatives. As an indispensable member of CKSI, you'll be part of Analytics chapter focuses on generating actionable insights to deliver best in class customer experience on emerging channels using capabilities of conversations AI and power of Large Language Models (LLM).

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
