This position will be hired at a Sr. Manager Level.
The Team
The Brokerage Chapter works within PI in the Brokerage & Service Operations (BSO) domain. Our mission is to improve the existing Brokerage Trading Experience of PI Customers including providing outstanding digital experience (Mobile, Fid.com, Active Trader Pro), investment tools, brokerage operational support and other services to clients who are independent investors.
You will be part of on an agile inter-disciplinary Customer Experience Strategy and Research Squad (e.g., product development, analytics, UXD, marketing, research, etc.) within the Core Brokerage product area. This Squad is responsible for defining and executing the strategic research and user experience design roadmap for the Brokerage business.
Your Role
As a member of the squad, you will leverage your Brokerage experience and knowledge to help transform the end-to-end experience for our self-directed customers. This role will combine strategy and implementation with ownership of end-to-end solutions-you will identify and define business problems, use experimentation, test and learn strategies, and implement solutions, while considering how to best optimize the channel resources. You'll leverage your strategic product and business expertise to drive alignment around the current state experience, as well as uncover key innovation opportunities for the future. This position requires an ambitious thinker and collaborator who demonstrates analytical thinking, a passion for data, active listening, and champions continuous improvement. You need to be able to understand where industry is going to inform capabilities and client experience. And will be accountable to help expand and best support the customer base with latest capabilities being brought to market.
The Expertise You Have
The ideal candidate has 10 years of proven experience in Financial Services
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis techniques, strategy formation and implementation.
- Agile mentality: experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
- Background in brokerage, stock and options trading preferred
- Project management or product development experience a plus
- BA/BS required
- Series 7, 63 preferred

- Strong and reliable analytical skills and ability to apply critical thinking skills and understand complex customer needs and be able to translate them in stories with measurable acceptance criteria

- Ability to find opportunities for innovation and taking thoughtful risks to get the work done better and faster
