Mortgage Loan Originator

```Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial goals - Educate clients on various loan products and assist them in selecting the best option - Collect and analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility - Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and timely - Collaborate with underwriters to address any loan conditions or additional information requests - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their loan application - Maintain a thorough understanding of current lending guidelines, regulations, and industry trends - Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities Experience: - Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role - In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and products - Familiarity with loan processing software (e.g., FNMA Desktop Underwriter, Quicken) - Strong understanding of TILA/RESPA guidelines and ability to explain them to clients - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Basic math skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, etc. - Previous experience in financial sales or underwriting is a plus If you are looking for an exciting opportunity in the mortgage industry where you can make a difference in people's lives, apply now!
