Fidelity National Home Warrently is currenlty seeking a full-time Recruiter. This position is responsible for implementing and managing FNHW's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures staffing process aligns with current and future workforce needs and maintains all regulatory compliance.

Duties
Partners with hiring managers on all job openings considering budgeting headcount and vacancy priority
Utilizes Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for hiring process. Responsible for ensuring FNHW’s hiring process is in place and all hiring practices are in accordance with federal and local laws
Responsible for accurate maintenance of recruitment documents and activities including but not limited to requisition forms, interview notes and input of appropriate disqualification codes
Responsible for partnering with Hiring Manager/Human Resources/Leadership team to determine effective recruiting strategies for attracting qualified diverse candidates by position/location
Responsible for complete life cycle of recruitment:
Determining qualification for applicants to be considered candidates
Initiate all pre-employment screens as need by position and ensure results comply with Company standards
Conducting phone screens
Responsible for the onboarding process for new hires including offer letters, background checks, provisioning, data entry, etc.
Communicate and coordinate candidate start date and information regarding new hire orientation
Develops and maintains strong relationships with local educational institutions, community outreach with vocation schools and partnerships with state/local labor departments
Responsible for FNHW job fairs, career events and for public speaking engagements related to employment with our Company and in accordance with our look of success
Strong interpersonal relationship skills; written and verbal communication skills; organization, planning and an attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of candidates, employees, community/educational partners, and key stakeholders
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Hands-on experience with HRIS, like ICIMS or Oracle a plus
Ability to process numerical data
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
Computer / Technical Skills and /Job Specific Skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Programs and proficient in Excel and spreadsheets
