Severna Park, MD Financial Services Firm is seeking a full-time office assistant, proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel. Knowledge of Google Docs a plus.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Communication of sensitive information via phone, text, and email.
  • Preparation of time-sensitive documents and contracts
  • Use and creation of excel spreadsheets for data analysis.
  • Assistance with other duties, as needed.
  • Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable with phone and email communications.
  • Must possess attention to detail and the ability to multitask with several administrators.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel.

Office layout provides for social distancing.
Position does not allow remote work.
