We're growing FAST and we need motivated and highly talented people to keep the dream going. We’re currently looking for grounds keeping visionaries for a full-time Groundskeeper position at the Barrington Place Apartments.
If you bring this to the table:
- A basic knowledge of general grounds maintenance and cleaning
- An unmatched attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
- High school degree
- Grounds keeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, and painting
- Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents
- Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
