We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.

Here's what you'll do:

• Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, assist with apartment turns and painting
• Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents.
• Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained

Schedule:

Monday-Friday-25-29 hours a week (5-6 hour shifts with availability between the hours of 8am-2pm required). During the winter, mandatory hours will be required for snow events.
