Data Entry Administrator (Part-Time)

Field Control Analytics (FCA) is currently searching for a part-time employee who will work approximately 20 hours per week, keying in worker data into our system and issuing worker badges, as well as other administrative functions.

This position includes daily interaction with our client and the construction workforce. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required.

• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: 7:00 am - 11:00 am - Tuesday thru Thursday
• This position includes daily interaction with clients so candidates must also be punctual, friendly and engaging. English/Spanish bi-lingual REQUIRED. Successful completion of a background check and drug test required prior to employment. Valid state issued driver's license required.

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and distribute worker RFID badges
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Drug testing, as required by the project

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
