Operator I, is assigned to, and responsible for, producing components and products in assembly and fabrication areas. Employees progress through these levels based on time, knowledge, and performance.
Operator I Essential Job Functions :
Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as described in the Field Controls Employee Manual
Observe all Safety Rules and Regulations and report Safety concerns
Maintain housekeeping to acceptable levels and perform 5S 1 audits as assigned
Manufacture, assemble and pack materials and / or finished goods as described in the provided documentation.
Perform work to expected quality and production standards
Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
Meet all cross-training requirements within assigned team to progress to next Operator II.
Perform other duties as assigned.
