Job summary –
As a Sports Assistant at FieldhouseUSA you serve as the first point of contact with all patrons of the facility. The primary responsibility is providing the highest level of customer service through a greeting, registering participants, resolving issues, and assuring that everyone has a great experience. This will be achieved by keeping up to date with all programs offered so that you can assist the customer in the proper selection of the best program based on their needs. You will interact both in person and over the phone with customers in regard to registration and league questions. In addition you will assist the various Sports Directors with data entry, phone messaging and emails as required. You may be called on from time to time for other duties within the facility as needed.
– Minimum requirements –
This position requires a High School education, computer skills including Microsoft Office, previous customer contact experience and a sports background highly recommended.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
– Abilities Required –
The position may require some lifting, good communication skills and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
