What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Fieldstone Communities?
POSITION SUMMARY
- Relays orders to the kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Observes diners to anticipate needs, respond to any additional request(s) and to determine when a meal has been completed.
- Prepares items such as eating utensils, napkins, and condiments on trays.
- Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Assists residents to dining area if required.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Current First Aid and CPR card
- Maintain current Food Handlers card
- Pass a Criminal Background and fingerprint check .
Actual pay rate will be calculated based on relevant years of experience and education/certification requirements.
