The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the overall talent acquisition strategy for FIFCO USA including the implementation and follow-through of TA processes. The TA Manager will work cross-functionally with Talent Operations, HRBPs, Finance and other departments to manage and plan for open headcount.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own, implement, and update TA processes
- Actively source, interview, and manage the TA process for open roles within FIFCO USA
- Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Partner with respective HRBP to plan for anticipated open headcount
- Work cross-functionally to manage Employer Branding initiatives
- Collaborate with HRBP’s and other functions on DEI initiatives
- Manage the confidential search process as needed
- Manage annual TA budget including relocation and recruitment resources
- Oversee and ensure the quality of the company onboarding process for new employees
- Manage and develop direct report(s)
- Track hiring metrics to maintain compliance of agreed upon recruitment process with hiring managers
- Research, network, and partner with community programs focused on hiring
- Miscellaneous projects and initiatives as directed by VP of Talent
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR function
- 2 years of people management experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience building or supporting a D&I strategy, agenda, and culture preferred
- Previous experience in building employer brands preferred
