An Independent Insurance Brokerage firm is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their growing team. This firm offers opportunities for growth, a great culture, and opportunities for learning and development.

YOUR ROLE:

This individual is responsible for supporting the firm's sales team. They will work cross-functionally with leadership and the sales team to complete initiatives assigned to them. These initiatives may include quoting new business, assisting in claims activities, supporting the business retention/growth and all office administrative duties.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Responsible for the delivery of administrative tasks within the office.
  • First-line of contact for prospective and current clients of the firm
  • Manage service-related items, policy changes and paperwork follow-up
  • Monitor and maintain all renewals
  • Manage all claims inquiry and questions
  • Work within CRM system and develop reports for President
  • Support client related service items
  • Produce personal lines quotes for sales team
  • Assist with leads from our advisors or any other referral sources
  • Input client data into CRM system and run quotes through rating software
  • Maintain advisor partnership setup/onboarding

  • 2 years of experience working at a professional services business (insurance, accounting, legal, financial planning, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills, computer skills (MS Office), and attention to detail

This is an annual salaried, full-time position.

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
