What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strength - Conditioning Coach position at Fight Shape?
Fight Shape is a boutique fitness facility that works with clients of all different ages and fitness levels. Our goal is to guide clients to results in reaching their fitness and health goals through small-group personal training, large-group classes, private training, nutrition plans, and accountability.
Our services include:
- Group Classes (boxing/kickboxing inspired, HIIT, Boot camp style, strength and conditioning classes)
- One-on-One training
- Small group personal training
- Accountability Coaching
Responsibilities:
- coach high-intensity, energetic boxing-based large group classes
- coach small-group training sessions
- design training plans based on clients' goals and fitness levels and limitations
- be an encouraging and positive influence in the gym
Qualifications:
- Coaching Certification (such as PT Vert, Crossfit Cert, Group training Cert)
- AED/CPR Certification
- 1 year of coaching experience
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Desire to help people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
