Seeking a star to join our small team. We do not require a lot of experience, but we need the following knowledge, attitudes, habits, and skills:

This is a critical administrative position reporting to the Customer Service Manager, who will teach all procedures to be followed. This position will involve the following procedures to:

  • take orders and answer inquiries by phone and email
  • create work orders and reports
  • data entry
  • prepare invoices
  • learning new database programs to ask queries and answer questions
  • miscellaneous office tasks as well as varied operational tasks
  • Answer phones

Part-time to start; approximately 23 hours per week Mon-Fri 1-5:30pm. May grow to full-time.

Pay range $14-16 per hour depending on experience.

Location : Near Charlotte-Douglas Airport

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Charlotte, NC 28208: Relocate before starting work (Required)
