What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafe Barista Supervisor position at Filling Station Coffee?
Filling Station Johnson Drive is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and hardworking individual to join our team as the Café Shift Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, able to multitask, and be able to work in a fast paced environment and great Barista experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the café
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared in line with company standards and guidelines
- Ensure that all café items are properly stocked and available to meet daily demand
- Assist with special events and marketing projects as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties as well as other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by cleaning daily, mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff members to promote a positive experience
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to learn new tasks quickly. Must have flexibility in working hours. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends (Friday & Saturday) if needed.
