- Support the General Manager in monitoring all areas of restaurant operations to ensure safety, sanitation protocol, quality of food and customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions by developing initiatives to build/maintain sales and increase profitability
- Maintain outstanding restaurant execution and customer service throughout the restaurant - every shift.
- Communicate with Managers, Team Members, Guests, Vendors and Concept Personnel for various needs
- Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
- Scheduling and Floor Management.
- Address customer concerns when necessary

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
