Construction Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry & masonry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Skills:
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
