Customer Service Representative III-Mortgage/HELOC - Contract Opportunity - Arlington, TX
Summary:
- Inbound calls
- take payments over the phone,
- general mortgage/ HELOC questions
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of quality customer service to all facets of bank assigned customers.
- Analyzing selected data and make recommendations regarding exposure and possible risk to the Bank on new accounts, wire transfers, overdraft conditions and uncollected funds usage.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding deposit products, account analysis, service charges, cash management services and investment opportunities.
- Review credit reports, gather information, recommend items to be returned or paid and inform account officers.
- Contact customers in accordance with request from account officer.
- Approve checks and wires within assigned limits.
- Handle exception wires and account transfers.
- May need experience with online collection software.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
