Senior Accountant

Financial Additions has partnered with a manufacturing company in search of a Sr. Accountant. This role is direct hire and fully in office and doesn’t offer any hybrid or remote work.

Position will be responsible for:

• Perform account reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end close processes
• Develop, document, and maintain policies and procedures
• Perform accounting research and communicate conclusions to the relevant parties
• Analyze financial reports and report findings
• Perform calculations necessary to record journal entries
• Prepare financial statements and general financial reporting as required by the business
• Assist with the preparation of the budget and analyze actual performance against the budget
• Assist in providing information for all audits: financial statement, bank, insurance, benefits, tax, etc.

Background should include:

• 3-5 years of full cycle accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Must have strong MS Excel skills
• Experience with MS Finance is a plus but not required.
