Job Description
The Teaching Assistant shall provide support to the Instructor on entry level programs delivering finance training to new financial analysts.
Location
Manhattan or Jersey City
Rate
Daily rate is commensurate with experience
Main Responsibilities
- Support a lead training instructor in a class of 100 – 200 analysts and/or associates
- Assist students’ work through helping with problem sets, individual questions and with homework
- Identify and coach struggling students
- Invigilate and grade exams
- Provide support and feedback to the Account Executive Team
- Run small group sessions to solve problems of understanding
- Host evening review sessions independently
Requirements
- Financial services sector experience (banking, consulting or accounting)
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation methodologies as well as excel
- Strong analytical skills
- A passion for finance
- Communication Skills essential
