We are hiring 3 sales experienced VA's to assist our coaching clients in selecting the best service we offer that helps them increase their revenue, or protect their current assets. 💵💵💵

We are a team of people helping people. We own and operate 2 Company's named, Starks Solutions Coaching & Consulting, and also Financial Freedom Insurance. Our 2 companies are based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients, our community and the companies we work with. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company. 

This role is a dual role where you will be cross-trained to assist clients in both companies Starks Solutions Coaching & Consulting, and also Financial Freedom Insurance.

Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am-6:30 pm (WILL VARY DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT SEASON) and we will provide training. Training hours are 11 AM-6 PM. Saturday's 9 am-1 pm and closed most Sundays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, by email, and on paper.
• Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects
• Research and resolve client questions
• Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically
• Maintain client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company… both paper records and on our many different  software programs
• Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional options of our coaching programs through consultative selling

Professional and Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Articulate and professional in person and on the phone.
• Self-starter, driven, and can manage rejection well.
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical, and honest.

Deal Breakers:

Unprofessional Background noises while on the phone with customers such as:

-People talking in the background,

-Dogs Barking, Chickens/Roosters crowing,

-Loud vehicle transportation,

-Slow internet

-Outdated computer equippment 

-Inability to follow instructions
