Our client is seeking a Project Accountant for a permanent role in Spartanburg, SC.
Job Details:
- Prepares revision invoices and updates General Ledger and AR Trial Balance
- Verifies revisions are approved through discussions with project management and/or customers
- Prepares monthly financial reports, unbilled and billed retainage by project reports, and billing spreadsheet by division
- Meets with Project Managers biweekly to discuss current project and payment status and to determine action plans for problem accounts
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or 1 -3 years ( ) prior experience in construction billing and accounting.
- Experience with AIA billing preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
